Job Description For Food Counter Attendant Job:

• The Applicant cleans and sanitizes items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The Applicant clears and cleans tables, trays, and chairs.
• The Applicant must load buspans and trays.
• The Applicant must clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• The Applicant must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The Applicant will be required to hand-sanitize and wash dishes and other items.
• Must clean pots and pans.
• Also responsible for keeping track of the food quantities consumed.
• Applicant responsible for packaging takeout food.
• Applicant must portion and wrap foods.
• Applicant must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Applicant will be required to serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Applicant will be expected to stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Applicant will be required to take orders from customers.
• Applicant must clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances.
• Applicant must clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Must be capable of handling and storing cleaning products.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The Applicant is responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• The Applicant must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The Applicant will be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fluent in the English language.
• We don’t need your education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• Training will be given to the specific applicant.
• The applicant needs to be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work setting:

• The candidate will be required to work in various different locations.
