Roles and Responsibilities Of Field Control Engineer In Saudi:

1. Budget and Resource Management
Responsible for monitoring and controlling project cost plans covering construction costs and other factors such as resource loading and leveling dates, which include.
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Examine the budget, timetable, and contract activities; identify the risks that are present and future; and develop a plan to reduce those risks.
3. Scope Definition Coordination
Establish and coordinate the requirements for scope definition and related data in a timely, methodical, and comprehensive manner. This includes coordinating the needs for each discipline or other specialty’s portion of the overall cost estimate.
4. Management Effectiveness Prediction
Predict management effectiveness, assist in creating and assessing construction status reports, and assist in determining the project’s ultimate construction cost.
5. Investment and Cost Analysis
Examine the factors of investment investigation and construction cost management.
Provide or review indirect cost estimates; provide a foundation for temporary structures; provide various construction services; procure tools and equipment for building; and provide start-up services.
6. Indirect Cost Estimates and Services
Hold meetings with the appropriate subcontractor and department.
7. Meetings Coordination
Support the field control manager to set up and execute field control procedures and work processes on an assigned project.
8. Field Control Support:
Continue the overall construction project’s steady progress and the cost-cutting plan.
Provide guidance to construction workers and monitor the status of construction activities, including the delivery and use of supplies, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Observe all labor allotments in relation to the monthly schedule.
9. Progress and Cost Control:
Handle other various construction data with care.
Required Experience:
- Must have construction experience/petrochemical EPC plant field.
- Schedule and cost management experience
- Field Control Coordinator experience
- EPC contract experience is preferred.
- Must have different site experience in the Middle East
