Job Description:
This role will require a significant amount of in-person time in London with our clients and prospects in the London Insurance Market, even though Send is a remote-first company. To be clear, this is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be spending two to three days a week on average in our London office, Monument.
The Enterprise Solutions Lead Role:
- We are excited to begin the search for an Enterprise Solutions Lead as we carry out our goal of being the industry-leading underwriting software platform for commercial and specialty insurance firms.
- As Send’s Enterprise Solutions Lead, you will be essential to the company’s expansion as our spokesperson, explaining to both new and existing clients how they can use our solution to run and grow their businesses.
- The Enterprise Solutions Lead will be responsible for helping to understand these complexities and shape how Send will work for our clients, shaping a functional roadmap that de-risks delivery and maximizes their return on investment. Our customers have complex operations, demanding application landscapes, and write various types of (re)insurance.
- You will work closely with teams from various departments, such as sales, product management, business analysis, and customer success, to make sure our solutions are tailored to the specific demands of our insurance industry clients.
Your Responsibilities in Enterprise Solutions Lead:
- During the sales process, collaborate with potential customers to learn about their goals, procedures, and needs; this can be done through formal request for proposal procedures or paid “discovery” stages.
- Find right combination of Send’s solution and meet our clients’ needs
- With the support of Send’s current product and product roadmap, assist in defining and sharing with senior client stakeholders Send’s vision for the future of underwriting.
- Help clients include Send Workbench into the core of their UW operations by helping them design their target state business architecture and capabilities. This includes helping clients understand how Send fits in and interacts with other business capabilities.
- Collaborate with our business analysis teams to determine whether Send’s product satisfies customer needs and the necessary degree of integration and configuration.
- Serve as a reliable resource for clients, offering advice and recommendations on how to optimize the return on investment (ROI) of Send’s solutions and substitutes for conventional business practices.
- As a representative of Send, attend industry and market events to discuss our solution offering and gain insight into the newest trends and solutions in the market.
Experience need For This Role:
- At least 10 years of experience leading technology-enabled business transformations in the insurance sector; a strong background in specialty or commercial insurance is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of insurance sector procedures, goods, and guidelines, coupled with familiarity with collaborating with insurance companies, brokers, or agencies.
- Capacity to understand both detailed business requirements and executive level business concerns, and to design a solution that seamlessly integrates both
- A track record of effectively managing and completing business architecture, functional requirements, and product definition projects for software implementation in a SaaS setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Prior experience in agile project management techniques and resources.
